The second China Cangzhou Plastic Packaging International Expo was grandly held at the Cangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from August 26 to 28, 2023. Boltzmann (Guangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. made its debut at this industry event with its latest online thickness measuring equipment.
According to employees of Boltzmann Company, in addition to showcasing its flagship products such as X-ray thickness gauges, optical shadow thickness gauges, laser co intersection thickness gauges, infrared interference rule thickness gauges, the company will also showcase the latest blown film (up/down blowing) thickness gauges and automatic wind environment control systems at the Cangzhou International Plastic Packaging Exhibition. The blow film thickness measurement and automatic control wind loop control system can respectively control the gas supply temperature after heating the heater and the gas supply amount under ambient temperature, blowing out from the units on the circumference, and can complete the correction of uneven film thickness in a very short time. With the use of online thickness gauge data feedback and APC control cabinet control, automatic production can be achieved while maintaining precision stability. By using a blow film thickness measurement and automatic control system, the precision of thickness is improved during production, and the average thickness of the film becomes thinner, which can save raw material costs. The improvement of thickness accuracy can also reduce the waste generated in subsequent engineering such as printing. This control system is convenient to match with existing production lines, and the equipment is durable and easy to operate.
