Type Of Coating
01.Oil-based coating: The solvent is an organic solution, similar to the application of waterbased coating, but pay attention to certain dangerous components.
02.Water-based coating: The concentration of the solution is between 10%-60%.
03.Extrusion and hot-melt adhesive layer: It is a molten material that is coated on the substrate. The types of coating heads include heating lamination, heating tank and dipping tank.

Measurement Method
Wet test
The test is located near the coating head. For water coatings, the water content of the coating is tested. For oil coatings, the solvent content of the coating is tested. For wet testing, the coating is not directly tested Rather, it is extrapolated from known concentrations.
Dry test
The test is located where water or other solvents have been dried. It is the final coating test. This test can only be carried out if the coating contains infrared absorbers. This coating almost always contains organic ch bonds.

COMMUNICATION:Ethercat is used for real-time network communication without delay, and the signal sampling period is 10ms. When several thickness gauges do the same point measurement, ensure that the scanning paths of several thickness gauges are exactly the same.
DIFFERENCE ALGORITHM:The absorption method infrared thickness gauge uses a linear regression algorithm, which is exactly consistent with the actual thickness.
